This work presents the species of Gentianaceae found at the Curucutu Nucleus, Serra do Mar State Park. The identification key, descriptions, phenological observations, illustrations and geographical distribution are provided. Two species were found: Irlbachia oblongifolia (Mart.) Maas and Macrocarpaea rubra Malme.
