Inheritance and linkage disequilibrium were studied in six polymorphic enzyme loci (Got-1, Got-2, Lap-1, 6pgdh-1, Pgi-2 and Pgm-1) from five isozymes systems (GOT, LAP, PGI, 6PGD e PGM) in 55 open-pollinated families of two Myracrodruon urundeuva Fr. All. (aroeira) populations of São Paulo State. Burrows composite measure of linkage disequilibrium was used to study linkage relationship between loci. Gene segregation of loci was generally homogeneous among trees. Got-1 locus showed significant departure from the expected 1:1 segregation ratio. Linkage disequilibrium evidence was detected between a pair of loci: Lap-1:Pgi-2.
