Seed dispersal, seed predation, Brachyteles arachnoidesAbstract
The feeding species of Brachyteles arachnoides I that had shown seed viability after passage through the monkey digestive tract, were studied. Seed dispersal by these animais indicated a tendencyto diminish the required time for seed germination, as well as to escape of seed predation.
