The establishment of relations among phenotypic characters of heart of palm (Euterpe edulís) and its commercial productivity is important to foresee its productivity in sustainable management approaches. With the aim of obtaining such relations 54 plants were evaluated. Data from plant phenotypic features and the resulting heart of palm as well the final productivity were evaluated. Regression equations for characteristics of high correlations with productivity were adjusted. Among non-destructive parameter DBH reveled the highest eHiciency to estimate the productivity through the model R= 4,19 DAp2 (R2= 0,920) and RU = 3,77 DAp2 (R2= 0,915) for productivity and useful productivity, respectively. Among the parameter related to net heart of palm the highest width of young leaves resulted the most eHicient. For this parameter the adjusting equation were R = 0,0028 DFJI2 (R2 = 0,945) and RU = 0,0025 DFJI2 (W = 0,936).
