Abstract

The analysis of Cumbaru (Dipteryx alata Vog.) flesh and seed belonging to Leguminosae-Faboideae family showed that they have a high caloric value (309.89 and 560.73 Kcal/100 g, respectivelly) and suggested the possibility of their use as feed and food. [...]
